Patricia Louise Bisoni entered the presence of her Lord and Savior on Friday, May 23, 2025, after a fiercely fought battle with cancer. Born on January 29, 1945, in Wichita, Kansas, she was the daughter of Harry J. Barscewski and Dorothy M. (Bailey) Barscewski. Patricia’s journey through life was marked by resilience, a trait that was evident up to her last moments when she passed surrounded by her three daughters: Stephanie Gaskill, Stacy Skipper, and Tricia McCool.

Known to her friends and family as Pat, she held numerous jobs throughout her life and was a fast learner of many different skills and hobbies. She was also an avid reader who enjoyed reading her Bible and had a passion for working jigsaw puzzles and other puzzles that challenged her mind. Her talent for quilting transformed fabric into beautiful works of art that will be treasured for years to come. Pat led an active lifestyle rooted in holistic living principles and her home served as the family gathering spot for holidays and many special occasions over the years.

In addition to her three daughters and their spouses (Joe Gaskill, Steve Skipper & Bill McCool), Pat is survived by two stepdaughters, Shannon (Gary) Pauls and Christi Bisoni-Lais along with thirteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three brothers and four sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Pat is preceded in death by her husband, David Bisoni, her parents, and two sisters.

The family will gather to honor her life at a later date at the Halstead Cemetery in Halstead, Kansas
