Mrs. Debra Ann McClam, born on April 14, 1963, was a loving and caring Christian.
She found great delight in listening to her husband, Michael, play his bass guitar. Their marriage spanned 40 years and was blessed with a son, Michael and a daughter, Shannon. Debra worked at Baptist Hospital for 30 years, managing the Starbucks kiosk inside Baptist North YMCA, where she developed close relationships with her customers, as well as YMCA members. Her friendly soft spoken demeanor and dedication to her work earned her a reputation as an exceptional customer service representative. Debra's kindness and generosity inspired those around her, and she took great care to ensure each customer felt appreciated.
On Saturday, June 28, 2025, Mrs. Debra Ann McClam went to her heavenly home to forever be with Jesus.
She leaves to cherish her beautiful and loving memory: her devoted husband, Michael F, McClam; son, Michael C. McClam; daughter, Shannon L McClam; grandchildren; Jimmie Deron McClam, Malika McClam, Ava Love Arthur and Joyce Zoe Arthur; brothers, Fred and Leon Reid; sisters-in-law, Gwen and Lynn Reid and Debra and Mary McClam; brother-in-law, Wesley McClam; aunt, Carrie Taylor; uncle, Leon Taylor; and numerous special friends, including, Small Group and YMCA-Baptist North family, Baptist Hospital and Primary Care.
