Amber Lynette Waldron Obituary

Amber Lynnette Waldron, of Jacksonville, Florida, was born on May 9th, 1993, in Ocala, Florida, and passed away on November 14th, 2025, at the age of 32. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and compassion that will continue to live on through the many people whose lives she touched.

Amber was known for her kind heart and her gentle, determined, and courageous spirit. Whether offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or a warm smile that could brighten any room, she had a gift for making others feel seen. She went out of her way to make everyone she met feel accepted, loved, and part of her family. Amber did not judge—she welcomed others as they were. She was passionate about relationships and worked hard to nurture them. She could meet someone and, within a short time, affectionately say, “Now you’re my big brother.” Her presence brought comfort, and her love brought light.

Amber treasured her family deeply and was committed to building and strengthening bonds with those she cared about. She is survived by her loving mother, Mona Lisa Piper, daughters, Autumn Rae DeVries and Addison Sue Waldron; her son, Anakin Michael-Ryan Hillesland; and her brothers, Stephen Michael Harris and Nicholas Ryan Harris. She will also be lovingly remembered by extended family in Jacksonville, Ocala, and Kentucky.

Throughout her life, Amber embraced the things that brought her joy—she loved the beach, fishing, and cooking. She loved to sing karaoke and enjoyed movie nights with her family. She not only loved people, but as a child she would secretly rescue small animals, bugs, or anything with fur therefore known as Ellie Mae Clampette. Her warmth, humor, and authenticity made her beloved by all who knew her.

Amber was a proud and active member of the recovery community, where she both found support and gave it freely to others walking similar paths. She was also a woman of Christian faith, who carried a deep belief in God’s grace, forgiveness, and the promise of renewal.

A Celebration of Amber’s Life will be held on November 29th at 11:00 AM at The Church of Eleven22 San Pablo Campus, 14286 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida, 32250, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory, share stories, and support one another during this time of loss.

Amber will be deeply missed, yet her love and spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew her.

Ezekiel 36:25–27

25 I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols.

26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

27 And I will put my spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.
