Life Reflections
Zachary G. Holzendorf (Zack) was born on March 27, 1965 in Jacksonville, FL to Velma Y. Holzendorf.
Zachary attended the local elementary schools, Andrew Jackson Senior High School and Florida State Community College
(FSCJ) at Jacksonville. He was employed by First Coast News and Carnival Cruise Lines for a number of years. Zack was a
lifelong independent musician, artist, producer and businessman. Some of Zack’s many talents included playing the guitar,
drums, keyboard and a vocalist.
Zack was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Weldon F. Holzendorf and Velma Atkins.
He leaves wonderful memories to be cherished by his devoted Mother, Velma Holzendorf Daniels;
his beloved son, Zachary G. Holzendorf II; a brother, Craig C. Holzendorf; a sister, Lisa Daniels Lucas (Ronald);
a nephew, Carl L. Thomas, Jr. and the love of his life, Tammie Miles Holzendorf and a host of many other relatives,
loved ones and friends.
