In Loving Memory of Larry Baxter “Bubba” Chandler. Born December 19, 1933 in
Burlington NC.
The world has lost a good man and God has gained another angel. Larry Chandler passed
peacefully on August 26, 2020 with his wife Esther Chandler at his bedside. Larry served 22
years in the US Navy retiring as Sr. Chief. He enjoyed playing golf and had won several
trophies.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years Esther Chandler. 2 daughters Lisa and Robin. 2
stepchildren Charlotte and Robert. 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 31st, 2020 at the Maranatha Baptist Church, 2927
Leon Rd. A viewing will take place at 10:00am and the Service will begin at 11:00am. Following
the Service, the burial will be held at the Chapel Hill Cemetery, St Johns Bluff Rd.at 12:30
