Joseph Frank Webb passed away on September 11, 2020 at his home in Middleburg,Fl unexpectedly. He was born in Macon, Georgia on October 21, 1960. He was preceded in death by his mother Ruby Jean Webb, his father Ivey L. Webb, a sister Deborah Fugate and a brother Kelly Green. He is survived by his sisters and brother in law Judy Jones-Jackson of Gray, Georgia and Sheila and Bob Rader of Byron, Ga. He had several nieces and nephews. Frank never met a stranger and he had many, many friends. He was a licensed plumber all of his adult life. There will be a private service on October 8, 2020. Joseph will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
