Shantel Cooper Bell was born in Bainbridge Georgia March 22, 1966 to the parents of Lathan Cooper Jr and Evon Sanders Cooper. Shantel was is preceded in death by her parents and sister Estella Cooper. Shantel moved to Jacksonville Florida at an early age were she resided until her death on October 21, 2020.
She is survived by two sons Jonathan Cooper (Tampa Florida) and Clarence Barnes (Jacksonville Florida), 2 granddaughters that she deeply adored. She also leaveS 5 siblings, Shandoria Cooper(Bainbridge GA.), Jonathan Cooper (Jacksonville FL.), Cynthia Cooper(Jacksonville FL.), Sherman Thomas Cooper (Jacksonville FL.) and Lathan Cooper III (Savannah GA.) along with a host of nieces , nephews and many other family members and friends who loved and adored her.
