Mark Hall is the fourth child born to Clara Buchanan & Frank Hall. He is survived by siblings/in-laws Kent, Diane, Marshall, Deborah/Gregory, and Kia: nieces Amanda/Jack, Ena/Lyndon, Deliah, Sylvia/Roderick, and Tangela/Steve: nephews Glenn/Jahceta, and Jermaine/ Vee: several grand nieces & nephews: many cousins: an ex wife & step children, and long time friends. Mark will be cremated and a private family memorial service will be held.
