William Martin Blackburn Jr. died peacefully at his residence on April 29, 2021. He was born in St Augustine, Florida on March, 4 1955 to William Martin Blackburn Sr. and Marilyn Joyce Conn Blackburn. He was a Jacksonville native and a pipe fitter by trade.
He is survived by his brother Frank (Karen) Blackburn of Jacksonville, FL. Two sisters Theresa McCorkle of Elijay, Ga. and Brenda Herrygers of Grand Rapids, MI, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Timothy Blackburn, sisters Gail Leech, Vivian “Dian” Waters, and Deborah Scholl.
The family will hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
