Frank was my mentor and friend while I was on Ike, he took me in as a newbie and we worked side by side in the S-3 Damage Control office, he helped me get elected for sailor of the day. Thank you my friend Rest In Peace.

I served with Franklin (DOC) aboard the Eisenhower in the early 80’s. What a True Friend he was. He is now Flying with the Angel’s. RIP Brother

Frankie was always there when love and support was needed. He brought his guitar and positive vibes to every gathering, including to my hospital bedside. His unconditional love will forever be remembered. You made the world a better place, Uncle Frankie! RIP
