Obituary of Katherine Samantha O'Shea

O’SHEA Katherine Samantha O’Shea (also known to some as Carol Ann Post Brazell), Ms. O’Shea was born Carol Ann Post on October 28, 1953 in Lake Isabella, California. She would go on to move to Kern Valley and graduate from Kern Valley High in 1971. She would then move to Florida with her parent. She worked for the Jacksonville Public Library for 25 years where she was known as Carol Brazell. She would go on to publish poetry where she created her new name Katherine Samantha O’Shea and had it made into her legal name. Ms. O’Shea passed on October 3, 2021 in Orange Park, Florida. Mrs. O’Shea was preceded in death by her Parents, Betty Post in 1993 and Carroll Post in 2006. She is also preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Fiddler in 2018. Mrs. O’Shea is survived by her daughter Kim (Robert) Moseley and two granddaughters Rachel Moseley and Aluria Autry. Memorial arrangements are to be announced in the future.
