Ramez Farah (abo Bassam) passed away on November 26, 2021 at the age of 72, in his hometown of Jacksonville , Florida. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life’s challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Ramez stayed strong until the end.
Ramez is survived by his beautiful wife, Lina Jalouk. He was a proud father to four kids, two sons Bassam (Salwa) Farah, Mazen (Careen) Farah and two daughters: Raoaa (Jonathan) Essa and Mery (Gilbert) Atick, and six grandchildren: Sofia, Maria, Johnny, Grace, Selena-Jane, and Charlie. His cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed by all who knew him.
A viewing and funeral service will be held at St George Antiochian Orthodox Church at
6300 Bowden Rd. Jacksonville, Florida 32216
on Thursday December 2nd at 10am followed by Funeral service at 11:00am-12:15 pm followed by a graveside service at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery.
