Velvet Ann Richard daughter of Joseph Kermit Menard and Lindola B Menard born in Rayne Louisiana. Born on March 3 1963 Died December 2 2021. She lived in Jacksonville Florida for 22 years. She has two sons Wilfred J Richard Jr {Anne} and Josh J Richard {Larna}. Survived by her Fianace’ Steven Voisen, her children Wilfred J. Richard {Anne} and Josh J. Richard {Larna} father Kermit Menard Brothers Joe Menard {Danell} Darrin Menard {Chantelle} Jody Menard {Jessica} Wayne Menard {Christine} and Vicky Prejean {Shannon}.Seven Grandchildren Sebastien,Ariel,Kayia,Destiny,Emili.Kaysen and Serenity. Nieces and nephews Monique,Tj,Casper,Frank,Jules,Brooklyn,Matt,Tyler,Courtney,Austin,Lance,Seth,Brian,Devin and Michelle. Good friends Cathy,Don and Leah. She is preceded in death by her Mother Lindola B. Menard, nephew Destin Hail, Grandparents Jules & Victoria Menard Grandparents Joseph & Winnie Boullion. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
