Jacksonville Fl.-Mary (paynotta) (Youtt) Williams 82 of Jacksonville Florida passed away peacefully on December 29.2021, with her daughter Kathy at her side at the Community Hospice Home after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was She was the wife of the late Donald Williams who she was married to for 34 years. She was born in Gloucester MA on April 2 1939 to the late John Joseph and Lillian May Paynotta
Mary raised her family in Hamilton MA and is survived by her daughter Kathy (Youtt) Matthews and her husband Fred Matthews of Jacksonville Fl and a son Keith Youtt of Lebanon NH. She was predeceased by her daughter Karen Youtt. She also has three grandchildren, Danielle and her husband Joe Farmer of Jacksonville fl Katie Stafford of Martha’s Vineyard,MA and Johnathan Longo of Surry ME and three great grandchildren, Lillian, Bianca and Imogen. She has a brother Joe Paynotta who resides in Texas, and is predeceased by her sister Sandra Chestly. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
She worked for many years at an antique store in Essex MA. Once her children got older she went to work at Varian of Beverly MA till she retired. Mary enjoyed all kinds of crafts, she loved knitting, sewing and quilting for her children and grandchildren.Mary took many dummer day trips to the beaches in Gloucester With lots of the neighborhood kids in tow.later in life they moved from Massachusetts to ocala Florida where they retired to. While still spending many summers camping in Exeter NH Mary enjoyed traveling, gardening, spending time with her family and friends especially her coffee.she will be remembered as a loving caring mother and grandmother always having a smile on her face
