George Wesley Joyner of Fernandina Beach, FL born October 14 1938 passed on May 1 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Ginger Louise Fox, and children Michael Conrad, Katrina Joyner, and Christopher Joyner and grandchildren Donald Alexander Brooks and Halona Francis-Elizabeth Brooks. An author and storyteller, he loved being out on the river and ocean. He was a member of the Cherokee of Georgia and the Brothertown Indian Nation. A celebration of life will be held at an undetermined date.
