Donald Eugene New better know as "Duck " passed away on May 26, 2022. Donald was born on July 25, 1962 in new Bern north Carolina to parents John and Blanche New. Donald resided in Jacksonville Florida for the past 10 years and was a dear friend to many. A memorial service is being planned at a later date for those who knew and loved him. Donald will be dearly missed by many.
