I worked in Operations Division (Corps of Engr) as a Budget Analyst with Tina for 10 years. I learned a lot working with her (good and bad....LOL)! She is a large part of the reason I was able to move into a Sr. Budget Analyst position smoothly. Anyone who worked with Tina, can tell you, there was never a dull moment. Every day was an adventure. You knew exactly what she was thinking, because she told you just what was on her mind! The Corps of Engineers (Jax District) and Operations Division, will never be the same. There will never be another Tina Marie Smith. To the Smith family, know that you are in my Prayers.

Working in the budget field at the Corps of Engineers in Jacksonville meant you knew Tina. Tina was always a bright spot to offer assistance and knowledge to anyone that needed it.
