Patrick Neil Devlin, age 71, of St. Augustine, FL passed
away peacefully on December 16, 2023.
Patrick was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania to Elizabeth
and William Devlin. He moved to the Jacksonville, FL area
when he was 8 years old and remained here for the
duration of his life. He was a pastor at Ponte Vedra Baptist
Church for 14 years. He also taught psychology courses
for the University of Phoenix for 6 years. He had a love for
water and enjoyed fishing and boating with his best friend
Lumpy and his wife Joyce.
Patrick is survived by his wife Joyce Schall Devlin, his
children Eva Devlin, Kelly Devlin Joiner, Patrick (Buddy)
Devlin, (Katie Devlin), and 6 grandchildren, Shea, Zachary,
Caleb, Isaac, Emmy, and Finn, his sister Jean Goble, and
brother Michael Devlin, as well as several nieces and
nephews.
