Obituary of Kenneth Gregory Garrett

Kenneth G. Garrett, age 56, passed away on Thursday, June 13th, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born October 31st, 1967 in Pensacola, FL to Thomas and Doris (Goodwin) Garrett. He married Cathleen Alexander in Jacksonville, FL. He worked as a Tire man most of his life and knew the ins and outs of any tire problem put in his way. As a single father, he constantly worked hard, long hours to ensure a good life for himself and his son. Kenny was a great friend and would do anything he could to help someone who needed it. He is survived by his son, Kenneth "Branden" Garrett (Kelcey) of Orange Park, FL, three grandchildren, Adriana, KJ, and Arielle, a brother, Charles Garrett, a sister Lisa (Garrett) Succaw, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, his sister Doris-Ann and brother, Thomas. Family, friends, and others whose lives Kenny touched are invited to a Celebration of Life Service at Elevate Life Church 8650 Merchants Way Jacksonville, FL 32222 from 10-11am on Saturday July 20th, 2024, to reminisce, grieve, and support each other. In Celebration of Kens life flowers may be sent to Elevate Life Church on Friday, July 19th for Saturday July 20th service.
