The first time I met Charlie was at Tremendous BBQ for lunch with Julie, Glenn and Chandler (He loved BBQ!). As we sat and talked I couldn't help but notice the sparkle in his eye and the little smile on his face, like he had a secret that only he knew. Every time we met after that I looked for that sparkle and smile and was never disappointed- it was always there. I know his secret and I'm sure you do too...It was his love for his personal savior Jesus Christ! (It really wasn't a secret because he shared Jesus with everybody!). Take heart, being apart is only for a season, Gods love is everlasting.
