Joe you will be missed by so many! He never met a stranger and lit up any room he entered. Heaven sure gained an amazing angle and it is a brighter place with you there. Thank you for all the memories and fun times you, Steve, Joey, Stephanie, Mitchell, Lauren and I shared with you. From golf, camping, concerts, boating many many laughs. DUH.. YA THINK?! I would bet when you entered the pearly gates of heaven you greeted God and said… HOW YOU DOIN’? Still hard to think you won’t be here to make us laugh! I got Gut punched today when hearing my best friend Joe passed without me there holding his hand. Words cannot describe the pain and sorrow I feel for his family and friends. Joe grew up west side of Duval I grew up east side of Duval. Who could ever imagine our career paths crossing in 1991 on Orlando We raised our boys together in the forest of Ocala, little Talbot island, and cruising in our boat off shore or on the St John´s. Too many special times to list. We were inseparable. If I had a penny for every oyster we ate together I would have a house full of Pennies. Joes chemistry made him easy to bond with. He was raised right by his mom and dad in the south and that resulted in our joe. I still don´t believe this could be true . Joe was a god loving American Patriot and dwells in the house of the lord with his dad and his beloved friend Fish. I am honored to be part of his legacy. Here are a few words to describe him, proud of his son and grandson proud of his southern heritage, witty to the point of insanity, kind and generous, life of the party, loved all animals, hard working, loved his Dallas Cowboys and Florida Gators. I pray that Joe did not suffer in his final hours. I will miss him from now until the next time I see him again in the clouds above the swamp. Rest in peace my brother from another mother. Our hearts are broken in the passing of Joey, gone way to soon. We'll miss his evervesent smile and laugh, his propensity for a good joke, fun times on the golf course, his big bear hugs, and his hugely caring heart. He dearly loved and admired his uncle Dave and Judy, left supporting comments on Facebook posts when promoting our music gigs, and came to many of them to show his support. He served his country proudly. He loved deeply, worked hard, partied hard - nothing was 1/2 way with Joey. He will be much loved, well remembered, dearly missed. Rest well dear friend.
