I have a lot to be thankful for and it all started with the blessing of two wonderful parents! I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for them. Specially, Dad was such a role model for me, and he was instrumental early on when I needed support. Dad, you will be greatly missed, but I know you are in a better place.

Dad Smith, you are a Treasure that now inhabits a space with the Family members that have preceded you alongside the Heavenly Host. We know that your last thoughts were of your "Girl" Pierrette, and the 64+ years spent together. I have been so blessed that you were my dad. I had such a wonderful childhood with so many great memories. You set such a great example and I have learned so much from you. A large part of who I am, today, is because of who you were to me. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to spend so much time with you and mom these past several years. I would not change a thing, nor do I have any regrets.
Mom and I miss you dearly! Our memories will carry us through until we can be reunited. I loved observing the love the two of you shared for the last 64 years.
