Guy James Mulberry, 60, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on November 25, 2024. Born on March 8, 1964, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Guy’s personality and passion for music left a lasting impression on those that knew him best.
Guy served his country for a short time in the U.S. Navy. A gifted guitarist and songwriter, he shared his talent in various Christian settings, using music as a source of inspiration and hope for himself and others.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Lee (Wardwell) Mulberry. He is survived by his father, Ron Mulberry of Dawsonville, Georgia; his brothers, Steve Mulberry of Boise, Idaho, David Mulberry of Merritt Island, Florida, and Michael Mulberry of Dawsonville, Georgia; his sister, Rhonda (Mulberry) Dennis of Dawsonville, Georgia; his daughter, Jessica (Morgan) Wilson of Pocatello, Idaho; and 28 beloved nieces and nephews.
While Guy faced struggles with addiction, his life was a testament to his faith in Christ, personal resilience, love, and the unwavering support of his family. Guy, He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who loved him.
A celebration of Guy’s life will be held on Saturday, December 21st, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the cultural hall of the Dahlonega Ward building, located at 7207 Dawsonville Hwy, Dawsonville, Georgia 30534.
