 Andrew Alan Phillips (Andy) Phillips, 38,passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on May 26,

  2019. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 22, 1980. Andy is survived by his wife,Julie Lynn Madden  Phillips. His daughter, Ashlynn Rain Phillips. Parents, Thomas L. & Julie Ann (Register) Phillips. Grandmother, Nancy Phillips. Brother, Jason (Bridget) Phillips. Sister, Amanda Phillips (Derek Sr.) Courtney. Nieces and Nephews, Julian Phillips, Taylor Courtney, Derek Courtney Jr. and Jayden Phillips. Stepchildren, Collin & Kylie Bennett. Several Aunts & Uncles, numerous cousins and friends.
