                                                                       Dear God, please take care of our sweet little girl,

The one with big eyes and soft blond curls.

She was so special, so loved & so dear,

It hurts so much not to have her here.

She touched the hearts of everyone she knew,

Letting her go was so hard to do.

Her smile could brighten up the darkest room,

I wish you didn't have to take her so soon.

Please tell her how much she is missed & loved,

I’ll say it every day for her to hear up above.

Her short life on earth has filled our hearts so,

Which is why it’s so hard for us to let go.

I promise to make up for the time that has passed,

To hold her and comfort her in my arms at last.

When that will be, I really can’t say,

But tell her I promise I will see her again someday.
