Roxanne Royce passed away on August 26, 2020 in Jacksonville, FL. She called Jacksonville home since 1979, after her family settled here following her father’s retirement from the US Navy. She was born in Bend, Oregon on October 6, 1953 to Howard Collins Royce Sr. and the former Shirley May Semple. She enjoyed the beach, baking, and sewing. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father Gerald, Aunt Joan, grandparents and the father of her children, John Pulaski. She is survived by two daughters, Marisa (Robert) Sarsoza and Angelica (Jimmy) Syvoraraj both of Phoenix, AZ; Grandchildren, Charles, Sarah, Troy and Iris; Sisters, Judy and Adele; Brother Howard (Cary); Uncle Jack; Cousin John Michael; Nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Nicole, Ryan, Dylan, Alexandra, Andre, and Kiara. Burial on Monday, September 21 at 10:30 AM at Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery in Gainesville, Florida.
