Obituary of Steven Nolan Malone

Please share a memory of Steven to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Steve Malone passed away peacefully on May 18 following complications with pancreatic cancer at the age of 64. Born to Woodie B. & Rozella Malone in Atlanta, GA Steve was one of 3 siblings. Survived by his son Jonathan, daughter Caylyn, grandson Tristan, sister Beverley & brother in-law Ken, niece Kristi, and many friends and relatives. Many people knew Steve "the white wolf"; he was more than willing to be a part of many different activities at any time. His hobbies included scuba diving, swimming, chess, cooking, playing pool, golf, hunting (ducks being his favorite), a good card game (rook, poker, blackjack, rummy). He found pleasure just sitting in nature, camping, telling stories, haggling over prices, traveling, skiing, watching little league baseball, & living life fully. He was a superintendent in construction and found satisfaction working with his hands. Steve will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all that knew him. Steve had a good heart and was always willing to help others. We ask in lieu of flowers, any donations be made to Barnabas or Community Hospice in Amelia Island. The family will be holding a private ceremony in the North Georgia mountains
