I met Toby in high school, Debbie Lesso aka (little Deb) sister to Donna and Eddie, took me to her old neighborhood where we hung around for several years. Toby was her 1st love. He was like a big brother to me. I used to write him and the late Mike Wahnon when they went away. I later found him on Facebook, I was really proud of him for raising Mike's daughter and turning his life around in Florida. I loved seeing his photos and videos. Always sharing his love for people, animals, nature, sports, music, food, small children, older people you name it. He had the biggest heart! That's what I will always remember and miss about Toby. My deepest sympathy and condolences to his family, Mom, brothers and sister. May he rest in peace.
