Obituary of Faith Costiloe

Faith Ann Costiloe peacefully made her final transition to her heavenly home the early morning of January 1, 2025 succumbing to Alzheimer’s Disease. Faith was born October 23, 1943 to John and Martha Schultz in Pittsburgh, PA. Early in life, she met and married the love of her life, William Roger Costiloe. Faith retired from Mayo Clinic and spent her final years residing with her daughter and son in law in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a beautiful person inside and out and in her sparkling blue eyes you could see she cared deeply for the people around her. While our hearts mourn the loss, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering. She will be forever missed. Throughout her life, her canine companions were dear to her heart and for this reason she asked that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Jacksonville Humane Society. A heartfelt thank you to Community Hospice Nurse, Vicki D for her incredible kindness and care throughout the year long end stages and Community Hospice driver, Laszlo who brought compassion and positivity with each delivery.
